SHIPPING COSTS, PRICING INFORMATION, DELIVERY TIMES & DESTINATIONS:

Shipments within the EU:

* For orders containing one item, return shipping within Germany and Austria is free of charge within 14 days. For orders containing two or more items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Note:
Return shipping costs for Zone 1 & 2 are borne by the customer.

Zone 1: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Italy, Sweden
Zone 2: Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Latvia, Portugal (excluding Madeira & Azores)

Shipping Method:
Standard shipping via DHL (Express shipping is currently not available)

Shipments outside the EU:

** Returns for CH & LIE, UK and USA are not included and are at the customer’s expense. All return-related costs (postage, customs duties, handling fees, etc.) must be covered by the customer.
If a return cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information, we reserve the right to deduct any resulting costs from the refund.
Processing of international returns may take up to 10–14 business days.

Please note that returns are only accepted from the original delivery country. Returning items from another country may result in additional costs which must be covered by the customer.

 

For Archive Sale items, only the statutory right of withdrawal applies. After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, returns and exchanges are excluded.

HOW YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED:

Shipping with DHL
Your order will be delivered by DHL to the address provided. Delivery to parcel lockers or PO boxes is currently not possible.

Insurance
All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit by the shipping provider.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number
