Legal & Privacy
1. Terms & Conditions
- Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.
The purchase agreement is concluded with U-Sportmoden GmbH & Co. KG.
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. You may add products to your shopping bag without obligation and modify your selections at any time before submitting your order by using the correction tools provided during the checkout process.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the items contained in your shopping bag. Receipt of your order will be confirmed by email immediately after it has been submitted. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
The purchase agreement is concluded only when we confirm shipment of the goods by email or dispatch the goods.
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
We store the contract text and send you your order details together with our Terms & Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online after your order has been placed.
