Important information on returns in advance:
Return shipping is not included. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for generating and paying for document, postage, customs, and processing fees. If the package does not clear customs due to missing or incorrect information, the costs incurred by U-Sportmoden GmbH for this must be retrospectively borne by the customer. These will be deducted from the value of the goods upon refund. Shipping costs will also not be refunded.
Processing may take at least 10-14 working days due to its extraordinary nature.

Delivery by DHL
Our logistics partner DHL will deliver your order to the delivery address you provide. Delivery to PO boxes or parcel lockers via us by DHL is not possible.
