1. General information

So easy you can give up your order at unuitzer.com:

Select as soon as you find what the desired size and click on "In the shopping bag". In the "shopping bag" your items are stored as long until you complete your order.

Click on "Continue shopping" if you want to acquire more items.

Once you have added all the items you want, and are ready to complete your order, activate the button "Checkout" in the "shopping bag".

Subsequently, our ordering process leads you step by step by logging in and the payment formalities. Just follow the instructions on your screen. Finally, a confirmation is displayed on the completion of your order.

Even after completing your order, we will inform you immediately about the further whereabouts of your order. First, you will receive a confirmation of the order under the e-mail address you specify. As soon as your order has been edited or we have handed over these UPS, we will send you another notification by e-mail. All e-mails contain their order number. We strive to keep all items available on our website for you. It can still happen that due to simultaneous clicks an item is already sold out when you complete your order. If this is the case, you will be informed immediately by e-mail. If individual articles of a total order are not available, this is also listed on their invoice.

2. My account

On unuitzer.com you will find the category "My Account". During the first registration, you must specify your e-mail address and select a personal password. With any further visit to Unuezer.com, you can then easily log in from this data. Incidentally, you can change or supplement your personal information at any time. Of course, this also applies to e-mail address and password as well as billing and delivery address.

The shipping costs to Norway are € 28 by default.

The delivery time to Switzerland is shown in experience 1 - 3 working days. 

The shipping costs to Switzerland are € 29.90 by default.

Shipments to the USA

The delivery time to the US is shown in experience 2-4 working days. 

The shipping costs to the US are € 59.90 by default. 

Shipping method: UPS Express Expedited / Saver.

Article prices are excluding the customs and settlement fees incurred in the US (Tax Free), which are payable by the recipient of the consignment.

4. Your order comes to you

Delivery by UPS

Our logistics partner UPS brings your order to the delivery address you specified. Unfortunately, a delivery to mailbox addresses or packing stations by UPS is not possible. If you would like to inform yourself about the services of UPS, you will find all the more information in the terms and conditions of UPS. These terms and conditions must be applied in addition to all our deliveries.

Parcel insurance

Your delivery is well protected when shipped from the date of collection to the delivery to the delivery address you specified by you. We assure any shipment against damage or theft and of course take over the costs incurred.

Follow the way of your delivery

We will inform you by e-mail as soon as UPS has received your delivery with us. With this e-mail you will receive the bill of lading of your delivery.

5. Choose your payment method

To pay the purchase price as well as the shipping costs of your order you have the choice between payment by credit card, via PayPal or by advance transfer or Sofortüberweisung. If the ordered goods should be unavailable, we will of course reimburse you already paid amounts or credit them of the credit card specified.

Credit card

When paying by credit card, the amount in question will be deducted directly. We use the security software SSL (Secure Socket Layer), an asymmetric encryption method to automatically forward your credit card information to the respective payment service provider. Thus, their credit card information is protected during transmission against access to third parties and any manipulation. When transferring the Internet, it is therefore not possible for unauthorized persons to read this data. Accordingly, neither we still have third access to this. Ebensig it is possible for us to view in the course of a credit card information entered by you. For this reason, we are unfortunately not possible to make the credit note on another card than those used by them for the respective order. The information you submit will only be used again if we make credits for you.

Instant bank transfer

The payment via Sofortüberweisung has the advantage that we can process your order immediately. Even when paying via Sofortüberweisung your account details are transferred via a secure and SSL encrypted connection. For this you will be forwarded as part of the order to the website www.sofortüberweisung.de. Once you have entered the necessary data (PIN and TAN), you automatically forward the system to your bank using a special software. The system immediately shows you if your bank has accepted the transfer. Archiving or storing your data does not take place in the context of the process. Preliminary transfer

If you choose the payment method preliminary transfer, we ask you to make the transfer immediately after the order. We expressly point out that we are entitled to cancel your order if we do not receive the amount to be transferred within the five working days below. Unlike the Sofortüberweisung we can only accept your order with a pre-transfer and therefore only send the goods if your payment has been received by us.

Payment via PayPal

In the order step, select "Payment Type" "PayPal". You will automatically be forwarded to PayPal. If you are already PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can open a PAYPAL account and then confirm the payment. Credits from returns are always returned to the PAYPAL account used for the purchase.

6. Damaged items and failures

We and our partner UPS strive to enable a smooth processing of your order. Unfortunately, it may still happen that you have received a damaged article or item that you have not ordered. In this case, please contact our service department in this case. Of course, we take the article back and can, if you wish to make an exchange or credit you immediately. We ask you to observe the notes on the return under clause VII for the return.

7. Your right of return

We hope that you are satisfied with the ordered articles. If this is not the case, you have the opportunity to return ordered items within a period of 14 days to us. For details, please refer to the cancellation policy in paragraph 4 of our terms and conditions. In order to simplify the return procedure, we ask you to follow the following steps:

8. How to get your money back

Of course, you will receive your money back when returning a goods as soon as possible. We strive for a quick transaction. However, between the date on which your return is received by us and the conclusion of our internal retraction process sometimes will pass 10 - 14 days. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the date of reimbursement of a payment. How fast the refund is done depends solely on the basis of which credit card you used for your order. As a rule, it can be assumed that the refund is made to one of the two settlement dates to the return. Please note that the refund can only be made to the respective cardholder, with the credit card made the payment.

9. Exchange of our articles

We hope that you are satisfied with the ordered articles. If this is not the case, you have the opportunity to exchange ordered items within a period of 14 days. For details, please refer to the cancellation policy in paragraph 4 of our terms and conditions.

Of course, a conversion can only be done if the item you want is available. Unfortunately, we are not able to make an offsetting of articles. We therefore ask you to return the undesired article and give up a new order for the new item you want. To simplify the exchange procedure, we ask you to follow the following steps:

10. Returns

Shipments within the EU

Also for the return of an order our partner UPS is available. We ask you to use the respective courier service, if possible, to use the freight letter (sticker with barcode) in the package with the products. Please make a note of the freight letter number of your return for any questions.

To arrange collection of a return, you can call UPS and arrange a pick-up time of your choice. The phone number can be found on the UPS freight letter of your delivery.

Shipments outside the EU
