Refund policy

For all regular products in the online shop, meaning all items except Archive Sale products, the following applies: after the expiry of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, there is no longer any entitlement to a cash refund. Any return after this period may be offered by Unützer as a voluntary gesture of goodwill and will then be accepted only in exchange for a voucher equal to the value of the goods. In such cases, there is no entitlement to a cash reimbursement.

Products from the Archive Sale are already offered at a particularly reduced price. For Archive Sale products, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies, unless a statutory exception applies. After the expiry of the statutory period, Archive Sale products are excluded from any further return. A return or exchange outside the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded.
