Important information about returns in advance: The return shipment is not included.

In the case of a return, document, postage, customs and handling fees are created and borne by the customer. If the package does not go through customs due to missing or incorrect information, the costs incurred by U-Sportmoden GmbH must be borne retrospectively by the customer. These will be deducted from the value of the goods when the refund is made. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Due to their extraordinary nature, processing can take at least 10-14 working days.

Delivery by UPS

Our logistics partner UPS brings your order to the delivery address you specified. Unfortunately, a delivery to mailbox addresses or packing stations by UPS is not possible. If you would like to inform yourself about the services of UPS, you will find all the more information in the terms and conditions of UPS. These terms and conditions must be applied in addition to all our deliveries.

Parcel insurance

Your delivery is well protected when shipped from the date of collection to the delivery to the delivery address you specified by you. We assure any shipment against damage or theft and of course take over the costs incurred.

Follow the way of your delivery

We will inform you by e-mail as soon as UPS has received your delivery with us. With this e-mail you will receive the bill of lading of your delivery.
