1. General information
It is so easy to place your order with unuetzer.com:
Select the required size as soon as you have found what you are looking for and click on “to the shopping basket”. Your items are kept in your “shopping basket” until you complete your order.
Click on “continue shopping” if you want to purchase further items.
As soon as you have added all required items, and are ready to complete your order, simply click the button “to the cash register” in the “shopping basket”
Our order process then guides you step by step through the login and the payment formalities. Simply follow the instructions on your screen. Finally, confirmation of completion of your order will be displayed.
We will inform you immediately of the subsequent whereabouts of your order after completion of your order. First of all, you will receive confirmation of the order at the e-mail address indicated by you. As soon as your order has been processed, or we have delivered it to UPS, we will send you further notification by e-mail. All e-mails contain your order number. We make every effort to ensure that all items indicated on our website are available for you. It may still occur that an item is already sold out due to simultaneous clicks when you are completing your order. In such a case, you will be informed immediately by e-mail. If individual items of your complete order are not available, this is also stated on your invoice.
2. My account
On unuetzer.com you find the section “My account”. When you register for the first time, you must indicate your e-mail-address and select a personal password. Each time you visit unuetzer.com subsequently, you can then log in easily using this data. Incidentally, you can amend or supplement your personal data at any time. This of course also applies to your e-mail address and password as well as your invoice address and delivery address. If you have forgotten your password, simply follow this link.

4. How your order will arrive
Delivery by UPS Our logistics partner
UPS, brings your order to the delivery address indicated by you. Unfortunately, delivery to PO Box addresses or freight stations by UPS is not possible. If you would like to find out about UPS’ services, you can find all further information in UPS’ terms and conditions at www.ups.de. These terms and conditions must be applied on a supplementary basis to all our deliveries.
Parcel post insurance
Your delivery is well protected during its shipment from the time of the collection up until the delivery at the delivery address stated by you. We insure each shipment against damage or theft and of course assume the costs incurred.
Track the route of your delivery
We inform you by e-mail as soon as UPS has received your delivery from us. With this e-mail you receive the consignment note number of your delivery. When you enter this at www.ups.de, you can track the status of your shipment.
5. Select your payment method
For payment of the purchase price and the delivery costs of your order, you have the choice between payment by credit card and payment by anticipated bank transfer or online bank transfer. In the event that the ordered goods are not available, we will of course immediately refund you any amounts already paid or credit them to the credit card indicated.
When you pay by credit card, the amount in question is charged directly. To this end, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secure software, an asymmetric encryption method for passing on your credit card information automatically to the appropriate payment service provider. Your credit card information is thus protected against third-party access and any manipulations during the transfer. Consequently, it is not possible for unauthorised persons to read this data during the transfer on the Internet. Therefore, neither we nor third parties have access to these data. Equally, we are not able to inspect credit card information entered by you in the course of a credit entry. For this reason, we are also unable to make the credit entry to a card other than that used by you for the order concerned. The information transferred by you will only be re-used if we make credit entries for you.
Online bank transfer
Payment by online bank transfer has the advantage that we can process your order immediately. Also, when you pay by online bank transfer, your account data will be transferred through a secure and SSL encrypted connection. For this, you will be redirected to the www.sofortüberweisung.de website in the course of the order. As soon as you have entered the necessary data (PIN and “Tan” number), the system will automatically redirect you to your bank by means of special software. The system shows you immediately when your bank has received the bank transfer. Your data is not archived or stored in the course of the process. Anticipated bank transfer
If you select the anticipated bank transfer payment method, we ask you to carry out the bank transfer immediately after placing the order. We explicitly point out that we are entitled to cancel your order if we do not receive the amount to be transferred by you within the five working days following your order. Furthermore, in contrast to the situation with an online bank transfer, with an anticipated bank transfer, we can only accept your order and therefore only deliver the goods when your payment has been received by us.
6. Damaged items and misdeliveries
We and our partner UPS make every effort to facilitate the problem-free processing of your order. Unfortunately, however, it may still occur that you at some time receive a damaged item or an item that you have not ordered. Please contact our service department immediately in this case. We will of course take back the item and can arrange for an exchange if you so wish or credit the value of the goods back to your account immediately. We ask you to keep in mind the information on the return under section VII. for the return.
7. Your refund rights
We very much hope that you are satisfied with the ordered items. If this is not the case at one time, you will be able to return ordered items to us within a period of 14 days. Please see the cancellation policy in section 4 of our General Terms and Conditions for further details. To simplify the return procedure we ask you to follow the following steps:

8. Getting your money back
You will of course get your money back as quickly as possible if you return goods. We make every effort to ensure quick processing. However, sometimes 10 – 14 days pass between the time when your return is received by us and the completion of our internal rescission procedure. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on the time of the reimbursement of a payment. How quickly the refund is made depends rather only on what credit card you have used for your order. As a rule, it can be assumed that the refund has been made on one of the two due dates following the return. Please note that the refund can only be made to the card-holder with whose credit card the payment was made.

Our partner UPS is also available to you for the return of an order. We ask you, if possible, to use the UPS courier service and the UPS consignment note (sticker with bar code) located in the parcel with the products for the return. Please note the consignment note number of your return for any queries. In this way, we can directly assume the transport costs for the return. To make arrangements for the collection of a return, you can call UPS and agree a collection time of your choice. You can find the telephone number on the UPS consignment note of your delivery.
